My name is Michelle Carter-Cappello, I am a native of the area having been licensed previously from 2005-2017. After moving to Charleston, South Carolina, I obtained my Real Estate License there and remain currently active in both locations..  In addition to my career as an Agent, I have also been an active Property Manager for many many years.

 In my spare time, I gravitate towards the one thing that brought me back from beautiful South Carolina, FAMILY!  I am blessed to have children, grandchildren, sisters, and parents all residing throughout VA.  

Fun Facts: I also hold a Life Coaching Certification, have a published book, and a motivational/coaching business called E Michelle Carter, A Life 4 A Life, LLC, a second book ready for publication and in my down time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, reading and learning about Reiki and other energy modalities.
